I thought I'd posted the Tracy pleadings here some time ago, but I must only have put them on the LOTE and GOFF boards. Since the SEC filed its initial motion, Tracy has fired his rather peculiar attorney, and promised to produce the documents demanded by the SEC.

The investigation continues.

I suggest you inform yourself about how these things work before accusing others of fabricating court filings.

Apologies Janice, never did I accuse you, just merely stated that SCRIBD provides the possibility. I was unaware of the Pacemonitor website. The only verifiable website was SCRIBD, and I stated my concern's via a reply.

Also keep in mind, I am not an expert. I am susceptible to human error, but I conduct my Due Diligence to the best of my abilities.

I shall "inform" myself of these documents and catch up to speed.
