That makes more sense but I would disagree that it would "alienate" Caspar.

Ego doesn't drive decisons, law does and she is the one that recognized there was an issue after it was fully explained.

We'll see what happens if we're fortunate enough to get to that point, but my guess is if it's simply a clerical misunderstanding, WDDD will want it addressed early and prior to trial. That would actually maximize pressure on atvi.
