further review
looks like they are extremely late on filing and most likely are or will be delisted from the sec.
There are at least 1 million preferred shares on top of the 15 million common . Could not find the conversion.
This company has little money and only an affiliation with some doctor that plays with a zika mosquito
There is nothing there for the there.
I would run as if a mosquito was chasing me
