It appears strange that after attempting to curing the delinquencies, they suddenly went dark. They performed the difficult audit, and the easy part, the interim reports are nowhere to be found a half a year later.

Puzzling, as it has almost been a year since they announced the acquisition and it is still hung up and incomplete.
