As usual, well thought out and insightful post Fabius... chock-full-of-wisdom... Please allow me to embellish it some.

I believe someone here is putting too much enphasis on the filing date:

I believe MOST here are putting too much emphasis on the filing date:

3- to me Partnership is the word for the company's historical change; entity of the change depending on several different apsects of contract agreement

4- IPCI has some pending catalysts other than Rexista filing

Absolutely true... the partnership is THE key... BUT... we are paying a great deal of attention to a Rexista partnership and not enough attention to a possible Regabatin partnership... which may come even before a Rexista partnership... and come with an up front payment of say $20 million... which would allow them to set up manufacturing in the US... thereby not having to disclose their technology which they have on several occasions expressed a fear of... or should I say a desire not to disclose.

A Regabatin partnership would be much easier to negotiate, and the up front milestone could/would put them in a much stronger negotiating position with Rexista PODDS, Rexista PODDS + PODRAS, and the other 20 or so opiate formulations which MUST be worked out simultaneously.

I believe point 3 and 4 above could trigger a price jump that you'll never catch up with if you stay out of the stock.

I have a little story to illustrate that... several years ago, I bought 5,000 shares of Dole in my reg account, and 250 shares of Dole in my IRA account, all at $4.50 per share. Noticing how the price fluctuated several times from $4.50 to $5.00 and back to $4.50 I decided to sell the 5K shares at $5.00 and later buy it back at $4.50... thereby pocketing $2,500.00, which I did.

Well... lord and behold... this time it kept going above $5.00 and kept going and going!!!

A year later I sold the 250 shares in my IRA account for $16+... so I netted around $3,000 on an $1,125 "investment" as compared to $2,500 on a $22,500 "trade."

You have to be in it
for... 20K shares today to make you a millionaire in 3 to 5 years.
