as for the lack of spin-off i can only agree with you, it has been mishandled from the start. I also am very disapointed. My main reason for not selling at the moment is for tax. In that a losing stock is worth something to set off against other gains.

As for diluting 25%, I feel this was always going to be the case. They need financing... always did.
