Do you have any comment on the actual content of these documents other than who uploaded them to Scribed?

Understood. I asked and you provided.

I attempt to have a non-biased outlook on things. It's quite obvious I am a supporter of TRON. Even so, I can and will point out any negatives I find for the sake of myself and investor's.

The links you provided appear to be SEC documents, but I have four concerns:

1.) You can publish and alter ANY document on https://www.scribd.com

2.) The SEC website (https://www.sec.gov/) had no documents pertaining to the links you provided.

3.) No other website other than SCRIBD had documentation pertaining to the links provided.

4.) The validity of the publisher.

I have searched and spent time on this, but unfortunately I was not able to come forth with anything. If you can provide a genuine website (such as a .gov website, SEC website) then I can take a much closer look at those documents.

The fact that I can copy/fabricate any of those documents on SCRIBD , alter it to my liking and publish it, waivers my trust on it's validity.
