it says right there in the filing. i bolded it: "for diversification purposes".

this is a term used in investing, for both cash and investment vehicles. diversifying a portfolio means cashing out of something overweighted and purchasing a new investment.

this all started happening in may, 2016, around the time roche was approaching majority ownership of RVUE.

last point to make is outside the stock market a $100M investment has no multiple. inside a publicly traded vehicle it may have a 10X pe multiple, or even 30 or more.
