I think the purpose of the $750K buyback initiative is to drive the price up. To running bull's point then, the sooner they start buying, the sooner the price will start climbing. There probably isn't a seller who has 1.6 million shares and wants to sell them at $0.48. Or, to put it another way, there probably aren't 1.6 million shares out there that want to be sold at $0.48. A couple of buys at market price will drive the ask up. If they have committed to buying back shares, then what are they waiting for?
