Yes, it is exactly as I described. Oh, and technically, there are no common SHAREholders. The proper term is UNITholder. There may or may not be any CODI depending on how management arranged the pre-pack BK. Regardless of the entity form, CODI can occur to the common under the right (or WRONG) circumstances ie, debt is cancelled instead of exchanged.
