WWTH sold almost all their assets folks. Custom app division, basically gone. Shares of hang with, went from about 10 million to 1 million. Andy and Dave more or less gave a 40 million dollar company (Value of Hang w/ - their words) to Alpha Capitol to pay off a 350K loan. Its plain criminal and I hope the SEC investigates the transaction. Then they proceeded to dole out 250 million+ more outstanding shares in addition. Lots of shenanigans going on at WWTH and I can assure you the investor is not on their list of people to take care of.
