Unfortunate we can't read the lease contract. Why didn't Joel go up to Aspen Ranch those 2 months and see if those services were implemented per contract! Joel, former lawyer, wouldn't have signed the contract without listing the required special services advertised at the opening of the camp. Did he omit them so if things went bad (no bookings) he had an out! Aspen Ranch hold the rental fees until Joel paid the lease in full? Did Joel have the money to pay the lease? To me, looks like a lawsuit. Joel's past history, all this wouldn't surprise me!
