Just to clarify, since you received some incorrect information, there is not a permit in process with the Army Corp of Engineers at this time. The Army Corp is still deciding what type of permit(s) NioCorp will be required to apply for. They are performing what is called a Jurisdictional Delineation.

Once the Army Corp makes a decides we should have a much better idea how long it will take to receive permits. It is a very important decision because the different outcomes can take a few a short months to possibly 2 or more years to complete. Though the company has made it clear they expect we will only be required to pursue a simple permit.
