Do you have any bad DD on Mike before 7/8/2013 when he became the CEO for GDSM?

The guy is like 50+yrs old and the only stuff you can find on him is stuff from the GDSM IHUB board. Pissed off share holders because they lost money due to debt holders that milked that ticker dry. All pre arranged before Mike became CEO.

The old CEO Mr. Lovito and one of the debt holders gave them self a huge amount of debt for there preferred shares they issues themselves and returned back to the company. Mike negotiated that debt down with them and had the debt reduced big time once he became the CEO. He called what they did ridiculous and unrealistic and made sure it was reduced. I believe he reduced each of there debt from $1.2 million to $225k. It still was not enough to save the company. There was crazy interest and terms that they set in place before Mike had any control. If Mike did not convert for them the interest and penalties would have piled up insane.

ILST don't have that problem. Show me some dirt on Mike pre GDSM or anything that is not IHUB related... Prove to me and the board he is a scam. Prove to me he wasn't scammed himself where is rep was ruined for the gain of the old CEO and the greedy debt holder..

To me Mike got scammed himself and I think that he got scammed worse then getting scammed for money like we did. They got his reputation.

People now pick on him for it and bash him all the time for it, but no one picks on the two people that made all the money off that scam. The debt holder got over $500k and Mr. Lovito got over $400k in one year off that scam. Mike got nothing from it just a fraction of his weekly pay every week.. It's kind a sad if you really think about it... Mike did not even issue himself or own any preferred shares or any common shares of that company. He did not even get all his pay for the years he was there. He walked away from that company beat up and broke and he is still paying for it today....

Once ILST brakes ground and the first grain of gold is pulled from the earth he will be vindicated. I can't wait to see that day.

I have done my DD on Mike, GDSM, and ILST and I am feeling very comfortable with my investment here. Right now it's all about getting the funding and my DD proves they are working behind the scene quietly to secure it. Others on this board have shown proof of it too. GLTU
