ZWAGBOX UPDATE!!
But first need to say this:
I apologize for any of the deletions I made regarding vulgarity, wasn't my intent to censor. I was in contact with admin for a while about deleting properly and clearly missed the mark. I only started deleting recently and I don't think I even hit 10 deletions total. Didn't take long for a few to start considering me a "coward" and assuming I was doing all the deletions though. Being not one for censorship anyway, I'm staying clear of deletions all together and let admin or other mods deal with it.
Now that I got that out of the way here's the email ZWAGbox just sent:
Several people have had questions about the last email so let us quickly clarify a few points:
1) There are no "skipped" months. We simply pushed back everything a month and then leapfrogged November to January. This caused no real problems with continuity. All four months of Markiplier mini-series comic will come out in sequence.
2) There will only be one ZWAG BOX per month.
3) People who bought multi-month subscriptions will have the renewal dates adjusted accordingly. Again, no boxes are being "skipped."
4) Nobody has been billed for renewals yet nor will they until we are certain the majority of the boxes have been received.
5) While there are tracking numbers, we have not yet integrated the APIs completely between our warehouse and Crate Joy for fulfillment emails. The programmers for both companies are working on this. But unfortunately since this does not yet work, it does not have a way to send the emails tied to your accounts.
6) Boxes have indeed been shipping and people should begin receiving soon. There are thousands of them shipping out and this is a new process for us. We do not want to make mistakes. Typically this can take a week we estimated to get everything sent, which is why usually boxes begin packing and shipping around the middle of the month. Of course we are working to streamline this process so that as we grow we can get more done, quickly.
