1. If A meeting was held last week on 8/26 between parties as was scheduled
2 if insider trading rules you have to wait 48 hours after an event has occurred before trading stocks
3. If playboy just banked $100 million and has money to pay Cirtran in settlement
4. Then Somebody with this knowledge just loaded up on $.0001 stock knowing a settlement was reached.

This would explain today's activity.

I would expect a public announcement soon if assumptions above are true.
