LOL there is nothing in there that states VDC is a subsidiary of VDI just posting bad information.
If it was why is it posted on VDI sit (Effective February 10, 2016, Vantage Drilling International (formerly known as Offshore Group Investment Limited) is no longer associated with, or an affiliate of, Vantage Drilling Company, a Cayman Islands company in liquidation.), VDI would not want one there subsidiary in liquidation. Never have stated if KPMG had contacted any common share holders.
I know they have not the debt holders were given the shares of VDI, sorry not the common shareholders. It is a done deal and the commons we not given anything expect a screwing, sorry. The CEO was a POS crook.
