Where is Les now. Why wouldn't he be indicted for criminal acts)?
Does someone have to file a complaint,if so where would it be filed?
Anyone know?

As despicable and loathsome as Leslie Price is, he does have more than a general working knowledge of fraud and thievery.

A Chilean entity, Auryn, was defrauded by a Canadian citizen (in connection with another Chilean entity) while in the process essentially stealing from a publicly-traded U.S. corporation. Would Auryn bother taking on the legal process for recompense? Apparently there is some sort of legal process underway in Nevada with Okanadian as apparently the plaintiff, and the court seems to feel Nevada is the appropriate venue for actions against Les, Gary and whoever else was involved, but I do not know the specific details.

Medinah(MDMN) sure as heck won't pursue this- there are WAY too many skeletons in the closet and likely complicity with other key figures. The very last thing MDMN would ever want is to be subject to discovery.

SEC, et al, would have a thousand year case backlog if they pursued every fraudulent pink sheet fraudster, so I'd not place much hope there.

Sorry to paint such a bleak picture, and perhaps a band of MDMN stockholders could combine for some type of civil action, but that will be expensive and take years. Anyone have any other theories?
