I'm frankly surprised by the fact that the stock didn't tank on news of a pending reverse split. Perhaps most investors assumed it was coming, and like me intend to hold for Novartis action.

I've seen numerous other R/S's and can't remember a similar reaction to one, but we'll see what happens when it's actually due to occur.

I really would like to see changes in the final proxy that essentially indicated the R/S wouldn't be done until it was absolutely necessary, even if it's approved in October. They know my sentiments and have indicated they're taking them under consideration.

If the stock does drop dramatically I may once again do some averaging as long as Novartis is still fully involved. Of course, news that's positive and based on other GNVC efforts could change the picture dramatically as well, but at this time I'm not expecting it anytime soon, but the reality is the company does have several things going, hearing is what everyone's concentrating on, but any of them could pay off nicely.
