So C2C was purchased for 2B shares of IFLM! (20,000 Class F x 100,000)

They contain an anti-dilutive clause! i.e. in the event of a R/S there would still be 2B! Is that even legal?

In the event the company folds, the class F shares get everything! Common would be worthless.
