Spoke to IFLM-KenEade_is_NOT_a_major_shareholder_anymore.

From what I gather, a few years ago, he was part of IFLM.
Apparently he produced a Russian movie with his Russian wife.
It seems ihubbers started going after his wife, so he sued them.
He lost and many are still upset and blame current company for what long gone people did. I probably would not be too pleased if I was sued either so I don't blame them!

Thats what I was told anyway. I don't really care about past as much as I care about present, and presently this looks great

So far IFLM is one of the nicest trading, uptrending, clean L2's out there. I'm a bull on it as long as it stays bullish!
