Walldog, rumors are a dime a dozen with this stock. Have to base everything on facts.

Fact #1 - PSC's have been signed.
Fact #2 - Current CEO is on an interim basis. The company is looking for a suitable replacement.
Fact #3 - Oil has been found in the block next to ours. Quantity is unknown, but news reports have stated it is over a 1 Billion barrel discovery.
Fact #4 - The Chinese have been buying companies left and right.
Fact #5 - ERHC has DECENT percentages in all their blocks.
Fact #6 - ERHC has full carries to oil in 2,3 & 4.

Rumors do nothing but raise or lower the sp by a few measly cents. Facts are what shareholders look for.
