Correct - not good reviews of the products

Once they have a bad reputation with growers, it is hard to get them back as customers, especially since they can find cheaper/better products elsewhere online.

Many almost always do window shopping, but they then go with the lower price and sometimes free shipping one finds with some premium shopping platforms.
