So this is purely speculation, but hear me out:

TRON and HMNU have the same CEO. TRON's description on their 15c2-11 states this:

"Toron, Inc. is an innovative disruptive healthcare technology company focused on integrating access to electronic data interfaces (“EDI”) for healthcare providers and payer systems in a user friendly manner."

Here is HMNU's description on their initial release PR back on AUG 11th:

"Human Unitec International Inc., NASDAQ OTC: HMNU (The Company), is an International Project Financing, Development, and Asset Management Corporation based in Miami Beach, Florida."

Maybe TRON and HMNU are both the TECHNOLOGY and FINANCE portion? Granted, HMNU is mainly a renewable and alternative energy company, but is it possible TRON and HMNU will merge?

Just some thoughts I'm having.
