It seems to me Zapata is looking at the deal with IMSC to help facilitate entry into the US marketplace. I do not think they world have moved the championship to Florida if not for the LOI signed with IMSC. They even mentioned ithe LOI in the press release about the championship. It seems they hope to attract some new investors and hopefully get the share price to rise. They have to know that current investors are unhappy with the share price and the deal quite probably would be voted down unless the share price is much higher than it currently is.
