If I can be honest, back when Paul LaViolette and SV Life Sciences bought Ximedica, I said I was concerned because he was also the chair of the board for Transenterix.

My belief is they are making a play for SPORT. Even Titan management don't know what they have, because they didn't build it and none of them are engineers. So Ximedica has squeezed Titan hard (in front of the world). Now put your business hat on for a moment, who in their right mind is going to invest multi millions of dollars in a company who just had their chairman of the board fired, who had their main R&D vendor stop working on their only project, and the company is technically almost broke. Complete and utter chaos & confusion. Not what smart investors want at all IMHO.

The question becomes who benefits if Titan can't raise any money? It all comes back to Ximedica in my opinion. A small investment there might not be a bad play.
