Huge dilution and declining share price with USRM.

1,300% increase (at least) in shares outstanding within half a year. And the share count continues to rise at an alarming rate as convertible debt is turned into more shares. It's like a jack boot on the neck of shareholder value.

Eddy the Beer Drinker forgot to mention this fact in his so called analysis.
