Seymour and Diawan ARE NOT SCAMMERS
They merely underestimated the complexity of a key aspect of their invention. So they are guilty of over-confidence if they are guilty of anything. They set a lofty objective and thus far have missed it and the probabilities are increasing that it will continue to elude them. But there is no basis for alleging a scam or a conspiracy.

The whole notion of defeating viral infections in the way they propose to do it was not Diawan's original thought. The basic chemistry was already out there.

The question is why did the Big Pharma's avoid going all in? They likely came to the same conclusion as an expert with whom I consulted several years ago. The probability of success was too low. A better strategy would be to let someone else get bloody figuring out how to solve the problem and then buy it from them. It's not called the "leading bleeding edge" for no reason.

There is still a chance NNVC will pull off a hat-trick. If so then they deserve a big payoff. All of the NNVC filings made clear the risks. Investors who bought in in hopes of a big payoff knew or should have known there was a good chance the big payoff would not come. End of story.
