A Job for Uptick

Okay, so Uptick Capital's role isn't "raising capital," as I wrongly quoted it. It's "fundraising assistance." So, that sounds better to me. That's more vague. Maybe if they can make a nice investors presentations on a powerpoint slide, that would be great. I could trust them with that job. Just let John Delue do the talking for Helix and Jennifer do the talking on Cannabase. John did a good job on the following:

However, it's a bit dated now. It no longer presents the full picture. You can tell it is no longer be referred to by whoever was referring it as the rapid view count has come to a virtual halt.

Now that the company is bigger and Series B is a lot more serious, we need an updated beautiful presentation that can be easily accessed by the public. I like the platform the above presentation was on. The powerpoint slides need a professional upgrade is all. Throw some background music in there too. Maybe the Bourne Identity theme music? I don't know.

It needs a clear business plan and current financial projections. If Uptick can direct people to the presentation, that's good. Let us raise the capital and don't take their business advice. Take Odeon's advice. I listened to them and they are legit. They know what they are talking about.
