NTEK 2016 shareholder meeting canceled. offices closed up dark, nobody answering any phones, only 2 verifiable employees are Phil and Jeff Foley. All the other long standing employees like Al stone, Aaron Taylor, Ted - bailed OUT. Phil was supposed to hold an interview last month, but that was canceled. No new deals or movie uploads for months now, and probably never will be cause NTEK is on record for being sued for FRAUD by K2 communications.

Yet longs are trying to fool people into thinking new and great things are just around the corner.
