Not scaring anyone into selling. Actually, more hopeful very few are holding. But, the unfortunate reality is that shares will be considerably cheaper leading up to and after the RS. Unfortunately, for many, they can barely cover the cost of commissions if at all to exit before the next round of dilution. They aren't holding anything back, they just have nothing to share and are on the hook to debt holders, recently reassigned debt and insiders wanting to cash out. Obligations exceed shares, by a ton, again. So, they rev up the printing press, again. Hope it works out for you. There will a trade IMO, as they release paper, like the last pump....hopes for the future, not so bright IMO, maybe BK, but silence more likely down the road, the OTC playbook...
