- your issue is trial time from four years ago, well it's not four years ago it's today
- your issue is appeals - well I've explained fully what the legal issues are there and that they are not akin to vrng Google, and as such that comparison is invalid
- I have explained that worrying about appeals if we get through the PTAB is kind of a "first world problem" since a PTAB ruling in our favor would clearly have a material impact on the stock price
- I have explained that the district court ( given a postive Markman and PTAB ruling in our favor (if it occurs)) would in close to certainty affirm the patents as well, thus also helping the stock
- you suggest time to appeals and staying in business - I have explained that operating costs are extremely low, 2016 is basically paid for , and Susman is on contingency so there is no kill them by dragging it out strategy that would work for atvi as it did for zte vs VRNG
- I have explained that the legal issues (as have others ) that the CAFC would review aren't aligned with the patent killer 101 vrng faced.
- I have also explained to you, that should WDDD have PTAB and district court rulings in their favor, statistics show the CAFC seldom overturns those decisons and yet again many have explained that the legal arguments are in our favor (ignoring the stats). AGAIN the issues are different than vrng Google
- if the a company has court rulings, PTAB rulings on their side scotus would be unlikely to review this unless a misapplication of law, of which nothing here is "worrisome"
- finally if you want you keep discussing how long till they get money, how long till the courts are done well you are simply choosing to deflect and avoid the facts I have laid out. Reality is, the stock will be worth hell of a lot more if they get through the PTAB regardless of then time to finality of getting paid- last time I checked the idea was to buy low and sell higher. People will make money and lots of it IF this gets all the way to the CAFC - that is FACT (and by CAFC I mean a win by WDDD not WDDD appealing).

Your points ignore all the facts I and others have explained to you on a legal and trading basis and I am questioning why you continue to dance around that realty
