Yeah he is a very nice man. When I spoke with him at the coatings show. He had all these people/other companies checking out their booth but he gave his attention to me directly whenever we bumped into each other.
I wasn't told by him but the company needs funds to operate. They do it though dilution, I was told this directly. There was no light dance around it, I respected being told that as an investor.
This time, I am confident they will not kill our price with dilution but rather let's the pps appreciate and take what they need as they need. Adding less shares the more we go up. They care about the stock. I knew they weren't a scam as soon as I met them. So if anyone sees added shares in quarterly report, it's expected, but we can't be angry as long as they don't kill us with it. IMO
Also, speaking with Darin he told me about how the customers of HCTI are the ones who choose to do press releases and it's not our place to put it out there. Very little to do with nda's as many keep thinking.
I am grateful to your post. Thank you so much. Goats a friend of mine and we were both so confused as to how such a company set for success was letting our stock go to garbage... Then this PR came out. Completely different than the rest and a breath of fresh air.
Like goat, I am good with adding again and feeling very confident with that decision!
