The financings that closed over the years have been done at a large discount to market so premium was not paid for those warrants. The latest announced one is just proposed until closing, and doesn't show up on sedar as closed yet, so it may be repriced. Pricing occurs in advance of announcement, so sometimes repricing occurs.
Venture is not OTC (which forms the faulty basis of any of your postings that are claiming it is) or even close to it. You can read about it on NXT's site.
I am waiting for my friend who manages funds to get back to me about this MM thing, because I have owned illiquid stocks that don't trade for days, so there aren't any MM active there - they wouldn't be able to get out for one thing.
I suspect all your posts about MM and shorters controlling this Venture trading is just wild paranoid guesses since no one calls you up and claims they are doing that, and the mundane reality is spec micro-cap stocks that have been promising nirvana will continue to bounce around beforehand, as not everyone believes in the value of LT holds.
