LOL......I'm stuck in Toronto, not Montreal. The condo I bought overlooks the water on the east coast of Vancouver Island near Campbell River. Nothing fancy and only 1200 square feet, but to buy one like that in Toronto or downtown Vancouver would be 7 figures. The property/lot put an offer on is off the beaten path but is waterfront. It's close to where my daughter is in Comox and pretty much 50 acres of trees. I doubt I'll get it as my offer is well under the asking price. I've fallen in love with the Island and even if I don't get my wife to move out there, I'll have a place to hide out when she's not around.

stock, than to wish you hadn't.
