I have had a rather substantial substantial position in HCTI for some time. With the recent release of the 10 Q/A and the vision of Goat standing on the Cliff's edge, I relaxed momentarily and focused. There are some tremendous, in-depth Posters on-board. I found calm solace in Dholmes791, and realized there must be more here than watching Goat and Blackshirej jump.
2 days later, I grabbed the Wife and off we went for a 30 mile ride to Daly City. No phone calls or appointment, nor knowing what we might find, much to my Wife's shagrin, We arrived at the address and I was already relieved. A very nice Office Building that also contained Uber's Regional Offices.

So in I went, Dress shorts, Hawaiian Dress shirt...and tennis shoes....I made my way to the second floor and opened the door to "Nanotech",..(??). The entry was somewhat sparse with a secretary, introducing myself and asking directly that " I was a Share Holder, and Would like to Speak with Mr. Kristul. She momentarily left and came back stating it would be just a minute. Mr. Kristul came out, warmly welcoming me back to his office. His Office was not over the top, but very comfortably furnished, and obviously well used. I explained, as a Share Holder, why I was there, apologizing for not making an appointment. His warm and real demeanor quickly put me at ease.
He gave a brief background of himself, (migrating from Russia 40 years ago having been a politician there) as well as a brief discussion explaining why he chose the Coatings Business.
He went on to explain that he had heavy pressure from friends to get into the mobile phone business, but that was not for him, he wanted something that was not a "dated" product.
[ He explained that he thought mobile phones are ridiculously competitive and a new product
merely had a "shelf life" of 6 months, (correct). He said Coatings drew his interest, because "Our World is Coated"...How true, everything from houses to cars to virtually anything you can think of, we create....we paint...!!!!...But He further went on to explain that He wanted to Develop a "Basis" for Coatings, A Chemistry for a Universal Platform.

He went on to explain HCTI currently has 4 offices, ( Germany, Israel, 2 in Ca.) I asked about the complete lack of any degree of information and or PR's, questioning if NDA's were the reason.He apologized , No, He explained, " It's GPA's", (General Partnership Agreements), it's up to Our Customers to Release PR's on Their Products utilizing HCTI's "Base Products". He digressed into explaining that at the Level HCTI is at and the Level and Degree of " Our Customers" that it is essentially like going through the FDA for clearance and approval, ( millions in financing and often 12-15 years for approval). He was very proud to repeatedly talk about PPG, ( He proudly repeated " They are the Largest in the World, (..actually #2). In That PPG tested HCTI's products ..4 Times..( showing his own frustration...repeating 4 Times..shaking his head, as if he wondered what they were looking for...Joseph Told Them It Worked..!!!..).
I asked him directly if a Buy-Out might be possible..? He lighten up with a smile, saying very directly...Noo...explaining that HCTI is a small Company and always will be ! There is no need to be bought up nor add further employees. He went in depth explaining HCTI makes the "Base Chemistry Products" and are manufactured for us through Licensing Agreements to Sell to PPG, among others, and he mentioned, currently 5 revenue elevations, ( Not by name, but each dramatically scaling...All Fortune 500 ). It was for Them to put Our Products through Their in-house testing. and for Them to figure out how utilize Our Products in to Their Own and for what End Purpose they choose...)......Hence any and All information, insights, product development, PR's...ect Has to come Directly from "Our End User Customer", PPG...ect for "Their Customers"...Let that settle in...It makes perfect sense.
PPG has finally "started" to roll out their products to 4000 locations, with an additional 4000 more to roll out shortly. ( That's only PPG..!!!!...)..........Come on Goat....Step back from that Edge...
The beauty of this is HCTI only needs a handful of people involved...We Own the Keys to the Palace...
Our "Base Products" are outsourced by LA's, No Liability / Equipment / Employees / Overhead / Hazardous Issues....And No Manufacturer can copy nor Produce Their Product without the Purchase of HCTI's.
The number one thing I Wish I would have asked about was the "Patent Agreements"...Yes I KNOW....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......But I Didn't......Ahh Opp's..... However I was already overwhelmed that Joseph met with me and the time he spent with the depth of the conversation we had. He was Very Proud of the Certificate of Excellence Award he received, Very Proudly, (several times...!! ) from and signed by President Obama, (pictured,... yes he had me look Close at the Original Signature... wink ).

The Letter is Framed behind us.....I, for One, am very content, nor could any of us have known The Very Same Day that PR was released.....Several hours later I would have this Unannounced Meeting........Oh Why Could it have Not Been a Day Earlier......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bottom Line we should All Be Ecstatic......and Adding.......Oh and Bye the Bye..."Backstabbed"...YOU Are Still a Smart ASS.....
