The company sees nothing going forward in the next 8 months, which would have included a nasdaq compliance extension, to get the share price back over a dollar. The company has no interest in getting the share price over a dollar evident by not even wanting to apply for the compliance extension. The company has not explained to the shareholders why they are not filing for a compliance extension.

Investors here have long been manipulated by the trading activity, short or otherwise, that goes on with this stock. Fed glimmers of hope to keep them from departing and stabilizing the stock so it can be worked over to our disadvantage.

Like so many post here mine is as speculative as the next. We are left with that because the company is not forthcoming. One final note, I do not believe a RS is to the advantage of any true investor and my personal experience with them is that they do not work.
