Just give it a rest until there is verifiable DD to prove they have or will ACTUALLY do it. The CEO already said there is no increase. If you ACTUALLY read the filings the shares were created for collateral for the company to execute the purchase of $1.00 per share. EXAD will buy back the collateral shares from the owners.
Therefore the theory of them dumping them into the market is incorrect.
