How much time to translate this LOI ??








I am excited and intrigued by this issue : why tell us about
the translation ...unless we are going to be affected by WHAT is being translated ?? unless we are going to see the English version
...along with the rest of the world ??

Wishful thinking on my part,,? Projection ??

It is just great to get FIRST NEWS of another voice, language
and ..client ..not the CEO's voice..but an alien voice talking about QS and AOT ...is not this the precise thing we have been waiting for ? is it so important what exactly is involved..how many AOT's .?

and maybe this also means that this client is not watching KM
and waiting - they want to move ahead, their oil situation is not the same...who knows ...as long as QS have successfully demonstrated that the whole project can be managed together


surely..the wording cannot take so long...even if a lawyer or two has to be involved
