Not uncommon to have sell offs on Fridays as all the traders are taking profits. Look for this to run in the pennies if news and Q is filed, I assume if the Q isn't released by the end of next week; this thing will evaporate, IMO. I am looking to hear from management next week, if not then that would be a very bad sign moving forward.
