as a torontonian, i will be doing some dd shortly

yes i am heading up the subway to north york (a former suburb of toronto now part of toronto--sort of like brooklyn's relationship to manhattan) either sunday or soon. why didn't i think of it before? A lazy investor lol.

If it is in fact a po box, take comfort in the fact a start up mining company has no need for a virtual office--all you need is connections to an investor/bank, a geologist or two, contract out to a pr firm, get your stock listed on pinksheets, a phone and some plane tickets to scout out old gold digs. Any of us, with some initiative could set up a "mining"company. Then you hope the punters buy the penny stocks to pay for any bills--say a nice used bmw or two....

I own a few junior resource stocks trading at much higher pps than eqbm, yet i know for certain some only operate out of a shack in northern british columbia. Am i worried? No, because i've spoken in person with the company reps/owners/geologists and know they are for real. Hope eqbm is the same.

Finally, most of these penny gold plays will never produce gold themselves. So anyone smart enough will pull profits on any decent news knowing full well the pps will tank after the sell off. jmho.
