KENNESAW, Ga., Aug. 4 -- Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp C/O Georgia Aerospace (OTC Bulletin Board: FHAL - News), a Delaware Corporation begins join venture with AISS a div of the newly aquired CSHC.

Georgia Aerospace., is being awarded a $63,300,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity cost-plus-fixed-price contract. The contractor shall provide services, and items necessary to perform business reporting, analyses and management, administration support functions. The sub-contractor shall also support the financial management divisions care of FRONTHAUL inc, the business offices, and individual projects, branches and divisions. All tasks will be performed in accordance with the Air Force Research laboratory (AFRL) statement of work dated Dec 11, 2006. This support is for the AFRL, Mensen Research Site, directed energy and space directorates, Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M. At this time $19,590,000 has been allocated. Initial task orders 0001-0023 have a performance of two years. Basic IDIQ contract have ordering/contractor fulfillment period of 30 months after the award. AFRL, Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., is the contracting activity (F229-06-DD-0111). The components designed and built will be in accordance to the same standards the F-22 and Falcon design mandates associated with the project.
