A reverse split isn't going to raise the market cap, it's going to lower it because that's how the market reacts to reverse splits done to control dilution and bring in buyers.

If the market cap / PPS goes up substantially BEFORE a reverse split, and it's obvious the RS is only to UPLIST then the price will probably go up post split.

Hence my prediction that there will be no reverse split unless the PPS (and the market cap by definition) increases substantially.
