Just how low it will go? If their revenue keeps declining like it has been doing and PHOT keeps being forced to renegotiate their delinquent notes, the dilution will turn into the true death spiral toxic kind. This is where steeply-discounted dilutive shares dumped drive the price lower. Then, the discount applies at an even lower price, which results in even more shares converted for the same $1 of toxic debt. This deathspiral continues and then they may have to increase authorization to 8 billion, 12 billion, or more shares.
