Wellington was mentioned in the 1st Q then not in the 2nd Q. Just because they weren't mentioned, doesn't mean they are gone.

Ascendiant was mentioned in both Qs because there was probably continues works with ascendiant.

I think WS signed the agreements in the 1st Q with the first one expiring in October.

The company had to start restructuring in order to continue the process with WS. I assume that's what happened during the 2nd Q. Restructuring only..

Let's see what happens in this 3rd Q.....
