When the company pr'd this
the very first thing that was stated by RPH WAS
"GET YOU SHARES IN CERT FORM and support those to the co for CVSU(CSHC) shares correct.
OK plain and simple listen close now.
What ahppens when/if the company
has shares supported in cert form to them that ADDS UP TO THE WHOLE FLOAT AND TOS?
And ya still got JOE's out there with FHAL shares????????? THAT DIDNOT HAVE THEIRS TURNED INTO CETS?????????????
FHAL is a disolved company after the merger it doesn't exist correct. Only the shares of FHAL supported to the company in cert form have real value. SO then all of the people that hold FHAL shares will have to go straight to their BROKERS and DEMAND them to get or give them CVSU (CSHC) shares.
Where do ya think they will have to get these shares from?

Nope they will have to buy them from people that hold legit CSHC(CVSU) shares and who will that be? PEOPLE WHO DID WHAT RPH told them to do put their shares in cert form........
Now I see no panic FHAL share will have to be covered by the broker/dealers ,imho there is no way these houses will risk this kind of bad press by not covering any that have shares in their accts!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can you even imagine IF there are shares out there past the TOS #'s and where the share price might go.
Now that could take some time for all the house that are involved to cover all of their clients but hey ,what will the pps do in the mean time??????????

And actually ther is no way around it IF there are shorts out there they won't just be DTC'd over from FHAL to cvsu once the merger is completed in total.
