Michaels is not paying his child support. He isn't even paying the minimum he is court ordered to pay each month, which doesn't include the almost $200k in arrears.

This means Michaels cannot travel out of the country for Hop-On because he can't obtain a passport until he pays the 200k in full. I'm not holding my breath waiting for that to happen.

In addition to Hop-On not having a current business license, PM will also have his drivers license suspended again for failure to pay his monthly support for his son. I have lost count on how may times this has happened.

What is Michaels doing besides harassing people via text message?
