And 1.6 billion is nothing, TPA@ for example had double the o/s and still ran from 0001-0012 in like two weeks if I remember correctly

But I've been in plays with 5 billion o/s (MON@ now FLX@) That ran from 0001 (where I bought in) to 0054 (where I sold my last 3 million shares)

So, I'll say from my experience as long as the o/s is under 5 billion... A run to 002-005 is more than likely to happen with the right news that is IHMO
