Someone correct me if I'm wrong but was David not brought on to turn the company around ? So if IFCR was delinquent with SEC when he came on then I guess that would mean yes he has always been delinquent with SEC on this ticker. Also if he wanted to placate/lie/lead us on then on June 13th of this year he would have put us out a nice and pretty PR saying something to the effect of good or REALLY GOOD news, so when share price was sitting at .0003 &.0004 it would have either stayed there for longer or went up another couple ticks. What did he do , well in case you didn't know he was brutally honest in his PR and that's part of the reason we sit where were at today. That seems like the absolute opposite of a LIAR to me. But what do I know.
