Could be for lots of reasons. Some maybe personal, investing strategy, found something better to invest in, lost confidence in ARTH, etc. Who knows? The real question isn't about a particular seller but why no buyers? I would guess that ARTH is getting some PR over the last few days and the selling of a few outweighs the buying of many? The short interest has also dropped. I guess that CE delay after the Maxim Group round has discouraged many. All I can come up with.
